Instructions
Combine all ingredients together in a large ziplock bag. Taste to adjust seasoning; if it needs more salt, add soy sauce, if it is too salty, add lime juice. Add short ribs to your marinade and allow to marinate for at least two hours. Heat your grill to 450 degrees (over medium-high if using stovetop) and sear short ribs until a nice char appears. Lower heat and cook to desired level of doneness.
