- 1 1/2 Cups Dried Apricots chopped
- 1 1/2 Cups Dried Prunes chopped
- 1 Cup Raisins
- 1 Cup Red Grapes
- 1 1/2 Cups Dried Coconut Strips
- 1 Orange Peel
- 4 Kiwis chopped
- Water to fill a stock pot
- 3 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 TBS Ground Allspice
- 1 Cup Sugar If needed
