Ben's Favorite Roast

A tender, fall-apart roast, with juices that give vibrant flavor to anything they touch.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Lbs Chuck Roast
  • 1 1/2 TBSP Salt
  • 1 TBSP Cumin
  • 1 TSP Coriander
  • 1 TBSP Chili Powder
  • 1 TSP Lime Juice
  • 1 8 Oz Can of Diced Tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the dry ingredients to create a rub, and coat the piece of meat on both sides with the rub. Place the roast along with diced tomatoes and lime juice into the crock pot and cook on high for five hours, reduce heat and cook on low for remaining hour. Alternatively, you can cook this on low for 8 hours in a crockpot. Shred meat before serving and enjoy!
