Instructions
To Cut Steaks
Place Cauliflower Heads on a cutting board, head up. Slice down the middle. Taking one half of the cauliflower at a time, cut steaks about 1/2" thick. You should get about 4 steaks from each head of cauliflower.
Chimichurri
Combine all ingredients in a smalll bowl and allow to sit together for 10 minutes before using.
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 435. Line a sheet pan with foil, and place a rack on it. Place steaks on the rack and brush liberally with chimichurri. Sprinkle with salt, and place in the oven to cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes of cooking, flip the steaks and brush other side with chimichurri. Cook for another 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, and allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
